She presumably disappears during [[Destiny Islands]]' destruction, and is presumably restored after Sora restores the worlds. In other words she's still waiting for him to come for dinner, After two years (don't know about you but my mom can't wait 5 min)

As a side effect of [[Naminé]] beginning to reconnect Sora's memories, everyone connected to him forgets all about him, including his mother. Eventually, after Naminé finishes, everyone's memories of him are restored.
