Moana is a feisty young girl with an enormous amount of optimism and is always seeking out adventure. She is very caring, genuinely concerned for the well being of her people, as well as her friends. Moana can get riled up and frustrated, contributing to her equally fiery determination. | |||

Moana is being trained by her father to become the next chief of the village, but her desire for adventure and special connection to the ocean often puts them at odds with one another, coming to a head when a blight strikes the island.
