I'll be removing these lines; too many lines, too many restrictions here. And what's worse, it's pushing our pages down, especially for casual readers. These are more ideal for a page like "Kingdom Hearts Wiki:Follow da Rules" or "Kingdom Hearts Wiki:Read or Ban", which I do not recommend.

I recommend the site notice used for temporary wiki-wide notices. For instance, I will be replacing these "please do not" lines with a notice on a "spring cleaning session" soon. ::I understand to whom and for what these messages are aiming for, and while this is so much better, I would like these removed altogether. We have these links pointed out in the sidebar already. Registered users can already see them in the Welcome message, and anons can register if they're serious in editing. And as for that fanon link... until the Fanon wiki links back to us, I don't think we should be giving them free spotlight across the wiki.

I think the standards note (see section above), urge to vote for Featured content, and social content reminder should be taken down since they're all quite outdated. We shouldn't keep the same notice out for too long, otherwise I think it loses its meaning. For some reason the Site Notice title starts out pink, then switches suddenly to white before starting a cycle where it fades to a dark blue color, then white, then to dark blue over and over again.
