| ::If someone were to vandalize it, we can just undo the edit, and it'll be fine again. | For some reason the Site Notice title starts out pink, then switches suddenly to white before starting a cycle where it fades to a dark blue color, then white, then to dark blue over and over again. | :The sitenotice has the color set to pink (#F4BBFF). The title is given the css class "altcolors", which looking at [[MediaWiki:Gadget-GlobalStyle.css]], alternates between white and grey every 5 seconds after a 1 second delay. So that's why it only looks pink for a moment, the altcolors animation hasn't kicked in yet.
