| READ BEFORE EDITING:
- Red-linked phrases should not be de-linked or pipe-linked if the phrase is from an official publication. Instead, please start an article or redirect at the link's target.
- Technical info must be written in accordance with the consensus formats. Adding technical info without using these formats creates extra work for other editors and wastes everyone's time.
- Trivia will be removed if it fails to meet the notability guidelines.
- Do not source news to fansite translations of official publications or journals. Instead, source the publication or journal itself.
- Based on the spelling used by the games, "Grey" is preferred over "Gray".
- Entelechy is used here per its English definition, and is not meant to imply that it is an official term within the Kingdom Hearts franchise.
- Do NOT add voice actors to a character's article UNLESS YOU HAVE A CLEAR SOURCE TO SUPPORT IT.

| | Medal is an accessory that can be obtained in Kingdom Hearts II. It is the first possible accessory to be granted in the game, but may not be earned depending on game play and events. In order to get the Medal, Roxas must lose the Struggle tournament to Setzer in the Simulated Twilight Town during his part of the game. |
| | |
| | If obtained, it is passed on to Sora, just like the Champion Belt if Roxas wins instead. |

| ==Design==
| |
| The Medal is a large, gold medallion with a thin, ornate cross adorning its face. The cross divides the medal into four sections, each displaying four symbols; a spade, a diamond, a club, and a heart.
| |
|
| |
| The Medal's name is a clear reference to medals given to participants in sporting events. The symbols on its face are the four playing card suits, which in turn references the fact that the Medal is only obtained by losing to Setzer, a gambler.
