When activated, the user fires ice crystals that spread outward in a shotgun-like effect, similar to standard [[Blizzard]] magic. The ability increases in power when [[Sora]] obtains the final [[power of ice]].

In ''Kingdom Hearts II'', Icy Terror is an [[action ability]] exclusive to Jack Skellington. When activated, the user sends out a single, large ice crystal that homes in on targets and continuously damages them while carrying them into the air. It costs 2 AP to equip and 10 MP to use.
