| :Also, I can't actually figure out why I split this into two different stat boxes, when every other enemy, like Behemoth and Darkside, just combines them, except that the guide says so. The only real difference is that one is fought alone while the other is fought with allies, and there is small changes in the battle strategy, while Darkside and Behemoth behave the same. However, we also have the CoM situation, where the first is a tutorial battle, and the second is a real battle. Do you guys think this amounts to enough to split it into multiple tabs, or not?Glorious CHAOS! 00:36, 18 July 2009 (UTC)

| ==Ansem==
| |
| Shouldn't this be under "Ansem (Boss)"? He's never refered to as Xehanort's Heartless in any games in which he's fought. Should we really take a name from the sequel--in which he isn't even a boss--and use that as the boss page title? Ansem (Boss) isn't even a redirect! That's easily fixable, but that's not the point. You never once fight "Xehanort's Heartless." Even if "Ansem" is revealed in the sequel to be XH, he is never once fought under that name. I'm not saying the main article should be renamed, but at least the boss page should fit the name he's fought as ingame, should it not? Dazuro 20:43, October 30, 2009 (UTC)
| |
| :Personally, I agree with Dazuro. This and Riku (Xehanort's Heartless) should use the "Ansem" name, because that's what they are called. Riku even calls himself Ansem at that point.Glorious CHAOS! 21:36, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

| ==Riku==
| |
| In the last fight with Riku in the original Kingdom Hearts you are actually fighting Ansem, so shouldn't that fight be on the Ansem boss page instead of the Riku boss page.--220.253.159.152 10:53, 1 March 2016 (UTC)

| |
| ::It's a character called Riku-Ansem according to the canon, but is called "Riku" in the official guides. It should probably be on the Riku-Ansem page, as we did with young Xehanort. 16:01, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
| |
| :::Isn't Riku-Ansem Riku in Ansem's body and not the other way around? Also, Riku-Ansem's boss fights are on Riku's page already. 17:44, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
| |
| ::::I believe that Riku-Ansem is Riku when he looked like Ansem(we all know this), and Ansem-Riku is Riku possessed by Ansem. Though I could be wrong. Rex Ronald Rilander (talk) 18:52, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
| |
| :::::Y'all are right, I confused Riku-Ansem with the possession of Riku's body. We don't actually have a page for Ansem-Riku, and I can't at the moment verify whether that is even the real name. Right now, I can confirm that the official Bradygames guides call the Dark Mode Riku/Ansem hybrid "Riku", and call the Riku taking Ansem's form hybrid "Man in the black robe" or "Mysterious Enemy" (i.e., "Unknown"). Days calls the taller hybrid "Riku-Ansem", but as far as I know there's no official name for the shorter hybrid other than the guide calling it "Riku". The Memorial Ultimania (here) calls it "Riku (Ansem)". I can't find the KH Ultimania boss scans, though. What's annoying is that Riku-Ansem conflicts with the naming for Ventus-Vanitas and Terra-Xehanort, which both have the possessor's name second...unless we're meant to infer that Ansem is mustering control from Days to KHII. 20:17, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
| |
| Riku-Ansem is not Riku in Ansem's body (because Ansem does not have a body unless he is possessing Riku). Component wise, Dark Mode Riku/Ansem hybrid (KHI) and Riku-Ansem (Days/KHII) are both the same character (both have Xehanort's Heart, and Riku's Heart and Body), though Ansem is in control of the former while Riku is in control of the latter. I suggest we make a Game:Riku-Ansem page that has "Riku (Keyblade)" and "Mysterious Man" on it, or we transfer "Riku (Keyblade)" to Game:Ansem, Seeker of Darkness.--220.253.159.152 06:30, 2 March 2016 (UTC)
| |
| :The problem with that is that Riku (Keyblade) looks like Riku and is called Riku, and not Ansem or Riku-Ansem. Also, I don't think the order of the name is connected to who possesses who; Riku-Ansem and Terra-Xehanort just sound better than Ansem-Riku and Xehanort-Terra. 12:53, 2 March 2016 (UTC)
| |
| ::Well, the Memorial Ultimania calls it "Riku (Ansem)". That's the best official name we have right now, as Riku (Keyblade) was made by us for parsing purposes. 16:02, 2 March 2016 (UTC)
| |
| :::Yup, but should "Riku (Ansem)" be on Game:Riku or Game:Ansem, Seeker of Darkness?--220.253.159.152 02:50, 3 March 2016 (UTC)
| |
| ::::As Ansem's name is in parenthesis, I'd say Game:Riku. Rex Ronald Rilander (talk) 03:04, 3 March 2016 (UTC)
| |
| :::::Update, "Riku (Keyblade)" is from the first KH Ultimania. I was wrong about us inventing it. "Riku (Keyblade)" would probably be better for the Game: pages, but "Riku (Ansem)" is more illustrative of the hybrid for plot purposes. Thoughts? 17:38, 16 March 2016 (UTC)
| |
| ::::::I would go with "Riku (Keyblade)", to avoid confusion with Riku-Ansem. 18:09, 16 March 2016 (UTC)
