The other way to get rid of Sark is to attack Sark's legs to make him kneel, this allows his head to be attacked—destroying the head stuns Sark for some time, but he will be regenerated by the MCP.

The MCP is surrounded by walls protecting his core, Sora needs to attack the walls and use the "Delete" Reaction Command in order to defeat him. Tron cannot be knocked out or Sora will be unable to use "Delete".
