Roxas is sent on a number of missions with the other members of the Organization and becomes confused by the way each of them behaves. When he is on a mission with Axel, he comments on how Axel treats him better than the other members do. At the end of the mission, Axel invites Roxas to eat [[sea-salt ice cream]] with him on the Twilight Town clock tower. Axel explains to Roxas the concept of friends and tells Roxas that he is now his friend.
