*Task 1: Should a deletion be needed, post the link on the [[KHWiki:Pages for Deletion|deletion page]]. This goes for staff and regular users. We were trying to keep a record of all the deletions the last time we started this but that slowly stopped. Also, this cannot be stressed enough, make sure all articles linking to an image are taken care of before any deletions are made. [[:Category:Images with Bad Names]]

*Task 2: Double check cutscene images with [http://kh13.com/videos/ this] website. Double check names for characters/artwork-pretty much any image we have with our current naming process.

*<s>Task 3: I have uploaded hundreds of similar user images to my own personal Photobucket account (link can be found on my [[User:Xion4ever|userpage]]). However, if others would join in and help move these off the Wiki and switch in the Photobucket links, that would awesome. For talk templates, this means using <nowiki>{{User:Xiggie/TalkTemplate2</nowiki> instead of <nowiki>{{TalkTextTest2</nowiki> and <nowiki>{{User:Xiggie/TalkTemplate</nowiki>. We never decided what to do about the Days character images in the articles for deletion category, so, for the time being, leave those alone. It is very important that we do not delete any image until we are completely certain that they no longer link to anything on the Wiki. This is a big/no-fun job, but is the biggest problem/eyesore in our image categories.</s>

*Task 4: This is for people with GIMP/Photoshop/some other image editor that allows you to make images transparent. We've done well on this, but certain images may still need to be made transparent. Examples of images with transparency are: character/artwork images.

*Task 6: Pretty self-explanatory. If you can upload an image for any of the listed articles that need it, go for it.

*Task 7: If a file needs renamed, please [[KHWiki:Staff|ask a staff member]] to move the image. Naturally all links should be taken care of before the move is done. As for deletions, either notify an admin, or, preferably, [[KHWiki:Pages for Deletion|post the links over here]].

*Task 2: This is for people who can actually/properly translate the titles. Google Translate is not a good course of action for this.<br>
*Task 3: This is probably what is left of this project...It is a rather large one, too. Figuring out exactly what pieces play when requires double checking by going by through the games. For example: Lazy Afternoons plays in KHII only when you play as Roxas; it plays in Days as the main theme; COM also uses it as the main theme.

::I think we need to evaluate each project and decide what still needs to be done. That way, when people are signing up for the projects, they can decide based on their ability to do the tasks related to the project. If you want to start a forum on Ansem's Computer or on your userspace, like I did with [[Forum:Notes 26, (KHD, Day-by-Day Information/Points) - Xion4ever|Days notes]]/[[User:Xion4ever/Props|props]], go for it. That's what KeybladeSpyMaster is doing for [[Forum:Notes 29 (Project Music: Where songs play) - KeybladeSpyMaster|project music]]. :Not a dumb question. The what needs to be done for image renovation hasn't been updated in a while...I'll get to that later tonight, after dinner. Check out [[Forum:Art Transparency]]. Between that and looking at the Days artwork images, I think we don't need transparency. It is hard for me to tell whether the lines are "solid" or "sketchy." The latter would mean the white background is necessary to see the image/all features whereas the former means we could probably get away with having transparency. {{User:Xion4ever/Sig}} 00:57, 22 July 2014 (UTC)
