If the technique is only in one game, a rephrase of the official description should be okay. However, if it has been in multiple games and varies significantly between them, we should write our own generalised description (see [[Faith]]). Also, I'm not a fan of depending on captions too much since we don't even have images for most technique articles. I think their role should be limited to non-essential information. Lastly, we don't need to quote the entire description because as you said, they're on the command lists already.}}
