Forum:RE:358/2 Days Final Mix. Good idea or bad?
I feel like Days could be SO much better if it had more VAing and a bunch more gear, prehaps even more missions on certain Days!
I think that it should be both final mix AND Re:, because it's already 3D, so better graphics won't help very much, though they SHOULD be included, no doubt.

No way! That would ruin the point of using the DS in the first place. Sure, Re:CoM is an exception, even though the card based system was made specificly for the simple GBA system, but it was the only Kingdom Hearts game that had no voice acting outside of battle sounds, plus it left out a lot of needed stuff, like the battle with Zexion, or some needed cutsceens to help clear up a lot of stuff. The point of having Days on the DS is to show how compatible the Kingdom Hearts series is on other systems, even on phones, and the double-screen (D-S, now I get it!)feature makes for a great multi-focus scene effect (like having to watch Roxas fight Riku on one screen, while watching Xion's memories dissapear on the other screen), and no other system can mimic that! But if the game was redone and rereleased, one thing they should add/fix is the fact that you can't really pause on mission mode (it says PAUSED but your enemies can still move and hurt/kill you), although I suppose just closing the screen works, too. Still, point is, the current Days game and system is awsome as a DS game can get (and it did get all 7 of it's nominated awards), so if it a'int broke, don't fix it! AROS 13:29, April 6, 2010 (UTC)
They 'could' do a Re:358/2 Days for the PS3 perhaps. The potential is there; you may not think it, but there are still missing days and mysteries to 358/2 days. How exactly did Roxas form when Sora lost and regained his heart? What other secrets did Xion discover? What about the missing days? The potential for a remake is there, all that is needed is the demand for one. I personally would like to buy Re:358/2 days not only to see more about the story, but also see some improvements in gameplay; the A.I. was fairly weak in 358/2 days.--Pkthis 02:55, April 12, 2010 (UTC)
I see a potential remake on the Wii. What they need to do is what they did in Birth by Sleep and give the player a shitload of attack options instead of being reduced to simply hacking away and casting spells. Kaihedgie 03:00, April 12, 2010 (UTC)
