Well, for beating him, there are some videos that might help you, like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ou1ovpjzBOI and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5HQY2jGrdBM. Lethal Frame is a easy (but cheap) way of beating him. Sonic blade and other sleights are good.
