==Design==
A Fluttering is a cross between what appears to be an umbrella and a bat. Its body is predominantly a dark purple, but the insides of its wings and the pointy collar on its neck are pink. Its head is square-shaped with a pointy extension at the back. It has jagged ears atop its head and a jagged tail that ends in the traditional Heartless curl. Flutterings tend to hang upside down instead of materializing like other Heartless.

It is vulnerable to all [[magic]] and [[Physical (element)|melee damage]]. When hurt enough, Flutterings start spinning like tops, which can be countered with a block. When they're hanging upside down, it is possible to [[Lock-On]] to them and hit them with magic from a distance before they start attacking. [[Blizzard]] magic is advised, as they have a weakness to it.
