Disney Town is the town surrounding Disney Castle. It is made up of the , which is a small plaza in the middle of the town with a pavilion in the center surrounded by buildings. The Ice Cream Beat mini-game is hosted here, as is Huey, Dewey, and Louie's Ice Cream Shop. It has a closed door which leads to the Castle. To the left of this door is an exit to the . The Raceway is part of the Rumble Racing mini-game, and has one exit on one end that leads to , where Horace Horsecollar hosts the Fruitball mini-game. It connects back to the Main Plaza through a path with a banner that reads "Fruit Scatter". In the Main Plaza, to the right of the door to Disney Castle is an open manhole that leads to the . An exit at the top of the gallery leads to , accessed by turning on the machine by using Thunder-based techniques on the meter at the far end of the gallery. Pete's Rec Room is highlighted by a huge pinball machine, which has an exit at the top leading to the rooftop of a building in the Raceway.

The area also has a closed door that leads to the Castle. To the left of this door is an exit to the . The Raceway is part of the Rumble Racing mini-game, and has an exit on one end that leads to , where Chip and Dale register racers. On the other end of the area is an exit to the , where Horace Horsecollar hosts the Fruitball mini-game. It connects back to the Main Plaza through a path with a banner that reads "Fruit Scatter". In the Main Plaza, to the right of the door to Disney Castle is an open manhole that leads to the underground , filled with gears and other contraptions. An exit at the top of the gallery leads to , accessed by turning on the machine in the gallery by using Thunder-based techniques on the meter. Pete's Rec Room is highlighted by a huge pinball machine, which has an exit at the top leading to the rooftop of a building in the Raceway.

The Rumble Racing mini-game has a total of four tracks that go around different parts of Disney Town. The first track, Country Chase, is located a bit outside of town towards the fields. The second track, Disney Drive, starts of out on the countryside, takes detour into town via some tunnels, before heading back to the countryside again. The third track, Grand Spree, is more or less the same track as the last, but in reverse. The final track, Castle Circuit, take place within Disney Castle, as well as the tunnels underneath it.

During the Treasure Tussle arena battle, an unknown part of Disney Town serves as battleground. It shares a similar design to Pete's Rec Room, but is a self contained squared room with no visible exits. The area has an upper section seemingly made of digital cobweb, which can be accessed by jumping on various pinball shooters and flippers found across the room.
