A data version of Naminé appears in the white room of the [[datascape]]'s [[Castle Oblivion]], where she meets [[Data-Sora]] and [[Mickey]]. She tells them about [[Terra]], [[Aqua]], and [[Ventus]], as well as [[Sora]]'s destiny to save them from their suffering, along with [[Axel]], [[Xion]], [[Roxas]], and Naminé herself. As a replica of data existing specifically for this purpose, Data-Naminé fades away after the message is delivered, but not before Data-Sora keeps Sora's promise to the real Naminé, and tells her "Thank you". Subsequently, Mickey puts Data-Naminé's message in writing, and sends the [[Mickey's Letters|letter]] to Sora, [[Riku]] and [[Kairi]].

She has blond hair that drapes across her right shoulder, blue eyes, rosy cheeks, and pale, pink lips. She wears a white dress that ends at her thighs in an embroidered lace pattern and light blue sandals decorated with yellow flowers.
Data Naminé's persona is identical to that of the real Naminé. She is quiet and reserved, yet unfailingly kind.
