Beckett wants Jack to divulge information about the Brethren Court, such as where they will meet and their plans. In exchange, Beckett claims he can guarantee Jack's freedom, give him fair compensation and square his debt with Davy Jones.


On a small island, Beckett has Davy Jones and [[William Turner]] by his side. The three of them meet with Elizabeth, Jack and [[Hector Barbossa]]. Beckett is thankful that Jack has brought him two pirates, although Jones still does not consider Jack's debt to be paid. Elizabeth tries to exchange Will's slavery for Jack's which works. Beckett threatens the Brethren with death before leaving, prompting Elizabeth to threaten him back.
