It can only be used in [[Neverland]] and during the battles with [[Chernabog]] and the [[World of Chaos]] in ''Kingdom Hearts''.

During [[Sora]], [[Donald]], and [[Goofy]]'s visit to [[Neverland]], they meet [[Peter Pan]] and [[Tinker Bell]], who sprinkles the trio with pixie dust. However, they do not gain the ability to fly until Sora is forced to walk the plank by [[Captain Hook]] and believes he could fly.

Later in the [[End of the World]], Sora, Donald, and Goofy are able to fly during their battles with [[Chernabog]] and the [[World of Chaos]]. In the latter battle, Sora is sent plummeting down while Donald and Goofy are captured, but remembering Riku's words of encouragement, he regains the power of flight and begins to fly.

During [[Roxas]]'s first mission in Neverland, he runs into Tinker Bell, who asks him to go to the Pirate Ship, and gives him the Auto-Glide ability by sprinkling him with pixie dust. Roxas decides to ignore her request and focus on the mission.

When Roxas returns to Neverland on a mission with [[Axel]], he wants to show him he can fly, but discovers he can't anymore. However, they run into Tinker Bell again, who, although angry at Roxas for not going to the Ship, sprinkles her pixie dust on them.

==Mechanics==
Auto-Glide can be activated by pressing {{button|c}} or {{button|dsy}} while [[jump]]ing. During Auto-Glide, the user will ascend by pressing {{button|c}} or {{button|dsy}} and descend by pressing {{button|s}} or {{button|dsb}}.
