Roxas: Difference between revisions

During the fight with Saïx in the [[Keyblade Graveyard]], Roxas's heart emerges from Sora and combines with the replica, halting Xemnas's attack against Sora and Xion. Roxas explains to the shocked Xemnas that Xehanort had replicas ready and waiting for each of the hearts of [[True Organization XIII|Organization XIII]], and that he owed his return to many, including Ansem the Wise and Ienzo. He also states that Sora helped him return.

Before reemerging, Roxas's heart calls out to Sora after he and Xion are knocked down by Xemnas. Roxas explains to Sora that he needs his help to reclaim "the last key" as that is what is binding him to the world and that it helped connect his heart to Lea and Xion's. Sora gets an idea, tells Roxas to wait for his signal and releases his heart with the Keyblade which then combines with the replica. Sora runs forward and attempts to attack Xemnas but gets knocked away. Roxas and Xion then go after Xemnas while Lea attacks Saïx. After Xemnas fights off both Roxas and Xion, Kairi jumps in and duels with Xemnas but then gets caught, along with Sora, by Xemnas's powers, removing them from the fight. Roxas, Lea, and Xion continue to fight Xemnas and Saïx by themselves.  

The trio attack Xemnas simultaneously and the "χ" symbol used by all the original Organization XIII members emerges from Xemnas and goes into Roxas, Lea, and Xion, revealing it to be the connection Roxas mentioned. Roxas states that although the symbol may disappear after Xemnas is gone, he wanted to claim it for himself as that is how the trios bond came to be and that he needed Sora's help to finish the battle once and for all, while Sora and Kairi are freed and begin to recover.

Once Roxas finishes his speech, Xemnas decides to abduct Kairi as the Seekers have already lost Xion to the [[Guardians of Light]]. Sora tries to go after Xemnas but Saïx blocks his way. Roxas and Xion then aid Sora in defeating Saïx. After Saïx is defeated, Roxas, Xion, and Lea share a tearful reunion while Sora goes deeper into the maze.

However, the [[Replica Xehanort]]s, which Sora had just fought, emerge from Kingdom Hearts and pull the guardians into the sky where they are cornered by them. The guardians manage to triumph over the Replicas but end up getting sucked up into the multiple keyholes created from Kingdom Hearts.  

Despite this, future Sora manages to free Roxas and the others by connecting their bonds, allowing them to play a part in fully restoring Kairi to normal. Once Sora and Kairi defeat the Armored Xehanort from the alternate timeline, the Guardians of Light all rejoin at the battlefield to finish off Xehanort. Everyone aims their Keyblades at Xehanort and fire off a large beam of light that manages to pierce Xehanort, destroying him for good. Once the battle is over, the heroes all travel to where Sora's heart is located, which is Scala ad Caelum.

After Xehanort's defeat in [[Scala ad Caelum]], Roxas and the others join Sora in time to witness Xehanort surrender the [[χ-blade]] to Sora before perishing with [[Master Eraqus]]. Sora uses the χ-blade to shut Kingdom Hearts, and everybody returns to the Keyblade Graveyard.

After Sora leaves to look for Kairi, Roxas and Lea return to Twilight Town at the tower, where they are joined by Xion, Isa, Hayner, Pence, and Olette. Riku arrives in the [[Highwind]] and takes them to the Destiny Islands for a party celebrating their victory over Xehanort, allowing Roxas to finally go to the beach with his friends. The group looks on as Sora and Kairi watch a final sunset together just before Sora fades away.

After one year passes by since Xehanort's defeat, the Twilight Town crew are revealed to studying Roxas and Xion's memories in hopes of finding the whereabouts of the missing Sora.
