Starting late 2003, Enterbrain began printing a manga adaptation of Kingdom Hearts in Japan. Two years later, Tokyopop released an English version of the Kingdom Hearts manga. The manga follows the same storyline and events from the original game, although certain characters and worlds were omitted..
