He acts just as his counterpart did when possessed by Ansem: arrogant, cruel, and remorseless. For much of ''[[Kingdom Hearts III]]'', Dark Riku allows Sora and his friends to believe he is the real Riku's possessed self from the past.
-In the [[Keyblade Graveyard]], he even went as far as to claim that Riku’s fall to darkness was his "finest hour". Likewise, when he said this, he was referring himself in plural. This could mean he was continuing to pose as the real thing.
