Talk:Kingdom of Corona

History question: does anyone know where the name "Corona" is from? (I know the intended meaning/symbolism behind it, that's not what I meant.) The Disney Wiki has been calling it that since at least January 2011, but I assume it's from supplemental material (say, a guidebook or the official screenplay), because I don't recall hearing it in the actual movie. That's actually a good question! Both the Disney Wiki and the Wikipedia have it unsourced, and you're right, the kingdom's name was never stated in the film. Perhaps maybe in a movie guidebook or one of the children's books? Still, the official KH Twitter is the only legit source that comes up that confirms the name.--NinjaSheik 20:33, 15 August 2015 (UTC)
Should this go in the article somewhere? Or should we wait until the game's release/more information? Eternal Flames KHD.pngChainoffirePizza Cut KHD.png 05:06, 16 August 2015 (UTC)
You mean about where the name came from?--NinjaSheik 01:34, 17 August 2015 (UTC)
How exactly was the name given, again? There's no concrete evidence this is the world name. It is, however, the name of the location (apparently?) where the film takes place, which just so happens to be within this new world. Look at La Cité des Cloches: just because it contains Notre Dame, it isn't called that…It's possible that Disney merely was referring to the setting itself, and not actually revealing the world's name… - Challenge Sigil KHD.pngEternal Nothingness XIIIChallenge Sigil KHD.png 02:06, 17 August 2015 (UTC)
That may be true, but "Kingdom of Corona" is how they described on the official Twitter and it's better than simply labeling it as Tangled's world.--NinjaSheik 04:04, 17 August 2015 (UTC)
Right, but we don't want to spread false info, either. While it says this on the Twitter page, we don't know that this is the world's name with absolute certainty, yet. I personally think it's too early to have KH3 articles on the Wiki…Nothing but the game itself has been set in stone yet. - Challenge Sigil KHD.pngEternal Nothingness XIIIChallenge Sigil KHD.png 04:06, 17 August 2015 (UTC)
That's why we have the template. Given the fact that the only source of the name is from the Twitter, it is likely. Lots of things are cut out and changed during development, but I don't think they would just call it that for the heck of it if they weren't sure. Even if they did, it's nothing to sweat over since it's now labeled as a working name.--NinjaSheik 19:34, 17 August 2015 (UTC)
Right. I'm not trying to be difficult. I just thought we didn't allow articles for things with "working" titles/names…specifically because they are prone to change. - Challenge Sigil KHD.pngEternal Nothingness XIIIChallenge Sigil KHD.png 21:05, 17 August 2015 (UTC)
It's okay. When the tweet came out, a lot of articles and websites also came the same conclusion. Again, I don't think they would carelessly call it that if it wasn't a confirmed name, since no one apparently knows where the name even came from.--NinjaSheik 04:06, 18 August 2015 (UTC)

Articles about KH3 content

So Kingdom Hearts III won't be out until 2018. The Big Hero Six world and the Toy Story world have been confirmed, but they didn't get articles. The new characters don't have any articles yet either. Is it too early for this world to have an article? How do we know that it will be called "Kingdom of Corona" in the final game? SeanWheeler (talk) 04:18, 29 October 2017 (UTC)

The world was named in an official tweet, if we search we could probably find the Japanese name too. Generally that's enough to start a page but I agree that it's still too early to fill these KH3 pages with meaningful content. Theoretically it's also possible to start pages on the Toy Story and Big Hero Six world with the unnamed template, but what would be the point of that, since there is basically nothing to write about them too. --ShardofTruth 09:55, 29 October 2017 (UTC)
Neither this have a lot of contnent, but the articole exist. Tecnically the wiki don't have the Mt. Olympus page too (Nomura confirmed the World will be renamed, and since Disney Town/Disney Castle, Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden ecc... have their page, I think Mt. Olympus too need it.--186.237.46.63 17:36, 29 October 2017 (UTC)
We know a lot more about the Toy Story world than the Tangled world. And the most recent trailer revealed the Monsters Inc. And we've had articles on prerelease content before. I think we could start on these world pages. Would Toy Story world, Monsters Inc. world and Big Hero Six world be good placeholder names until we get the official titles?
