Theory on who the True Organization members are
- Master Xehanort - confirmed
- Young Xehanort - confirmed
- Xemnas - confirmed
- Ansem - confirmed
- Xigbar - confirmed
- Saïx - confirmed
- Vanitas - he is Xehanort's apprentic, a dark heart, a keyblade wielder, and he also appears alongside Young Xehanort.
- Terra - Xehanort mentions he has him under his possesion
- Riku replica - The replica appears wearing a black coat and dissapears in a portal of darkness
- Xaldin - Has point ears like Xehanort, was unstable, and has similar actions towards Beast as Xehanort had towards Terra
- Luxord - Has time abilities and was one of the final Organization members
- Eraqus - wore the Recusant's sigil
