Nightmare Clash is a Dual Link usable by [[Riku]] that consumes both Dream Eaters, regardless of species. Nightmare Clash clads the user in a golden aura. It replaces the [[Attack]] command and locks the rest of Riku's commands. If used to parry an attack, Nightmare Clash will nullify any damage received by Riku. The Nightmare Clash finisher allows the user to leap into the air, flip, and slam back into the ground, similar to [[Kick Dive]]. Should the Link Gauges hit 0, Riku will revert while unable to use any action or attack command aside from Attack and Jump or High-Jump command. If Riku's HP drops to 0 while having the [[Auto-Life]] status on, he will get revived but immobilized with no command available.

Nightmare Clash (ナイトメアチャージ Naitomea Chāji?, lit. "Nightmare Charge") is a Dual Link that appears in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to bombard the opponent with warping headlong rushes.

Mechanics

Nightmare Clash is a Dual Link usable by Riku that consumes both Dream Eaters, regardless of species. Nightmare Clash clads the user in a golden aura. While in use, Riku's commands are unavailable, and the Attack command is replaced with Nightmare Clash. Nightmare Clash can nullify any damage received by Riku when parrying an attack. Once the Armored Ventus Nightmare's HP reaches 1, the Nightmare Clash command changes to Finish, which allows Riku to leap into the air, flip, and slam back into the ground, similar to Kick Dive. Should the Link Gauges hit 0, Riku will revert while unable to use any action, aside from jumping and the Attack command. If Riku's HP drops to 0 with the Auto-Life status active, he will get revived, but will be immobilized and unable to use any commands.
