"There is no proof of this being a Nobody"
I can see the Nobody emblem on his head. Also, from an article on KHInsider about D23 Expo Japan: "New Nobody revealed in the trailer, Nomura states it is clear who the Nobody is based off of simply by looking at it (floating being with a scythe, surrounded by red petals)". - The statement from KHInsider is in their own voice, and thus not official, but yeah, it definitely has the emblem on its face.
