Jet Balloons are enemies from Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix.
Found only in Final Mix, a Jet Balloon is a turquoise variant of the Aquatank enemy found in Atlantica (which, incidentally is not the similar blue color that it was in Kingdom Hearts, but instead red). They form a symbiotic relationship with Missiledivers, firing them to keep Sora away from it. Jet Balloons are found only in Neverland on the deck of Hook's ship.
