Roxas: Difference between revisions

When Sora travels back before the time he defeated Xehanort in the "Re: Mind" scenario, it is revealed that Roxas' heart calls out to Sora after he and Xion are knocked down by Xemnas. Roxas explains to Sora that he needs his help to get something back that helped connect his heart to Lea and Xion's. Sora gets an idea, tells Roxas to wait for his signal and releases his heart with the Keyblade which then combines with the replica. Sora then charges at Xemnas and Saïx before calling for Roxas to act and a battle between the two sides starts. Xemnas then uses his powers to trap Sora and Kairi, leaving Roxas, Lea, and Xion to fight Xemnas and Saïx by themselves.  

During this, the "X" symbol used by all the original Organization XIII members emerges from Xemnas and goes into Roxas, Lea, and Xion, revealing it to be the connection Roxas mentioned. Roxas states that although the symbol may disappear after Xemnas is gone, he wanted to claim it for himself as that is how their bond came to be and that he needed Sora's help to finish the battle once and for all. Sora and Kairi then recover from being trapped and the original scenes play out as normal, including the following events of the Keyblade Graveyard.

However, the Replica Xehanorts, which Sora had just fought, emerge from Kingdom Hearts and pull the Guardians into the sky where they are cornered by them. Terra says that they will need to work together to fight them off. During the battle after teaming up with Xion and Ventus to fight off one of the replicas, Ventus remarks to Roxas that he is pretty good at fighting to which Roxas says that Ven isn't too bad himself.

The guardians manage to triumph over the Replicas but end up getting sucked up into the multiple keyholes created from Kingdom Hearts.  

Despite this, Future Sora manages to free Roxas and the others by connecting their bonds, allowing them to play a part in fully restoring Kairi to normal. Once Sora and Kairi defeat the Armored Xehanort from the alternate timeline, the Guardians of Light all rejoin at the battlefield to finish off the evil man for good. Everyone aims their Keyblades at Xehanort and fire off a large beam of light that manages to pierce Xehanort, destroying him for good. Once the battle is over, the heroes all travel to where Sora's heart is located, which is Scala ad Caelum.

After one year passes by since Xehanort's defeat, the Twilight Town crew are revealed to studying Roxas and Xion's memories in hopes of finding the whereabouts of the missing Sora.
