Megara and Phil fly onto Pegasus to meet up with Hercules when Thebes is being attacked by Heartless. She is told by Hercules to go find someplace safe while scouring the sky of Thebes for any person left behind during the attack. Meg informs Hercules that everyone in is safe but grows concerned when the clouds on Mt. Olympus darken.  
Megara arrives with Phil and Pegasus to check up Hercules when Thebes is being attacked by Heartless and is told by Hercules to leave to find safety. Later, Meg checks Hercules once again informing about the townsfolk being safe but notices trouble up on Olympus before leaving on Pegasus.
   
   
Meg reappears again at the front entrance to the Realm of Gods and embraces Hercules as she is the reason why Hercules has decided not to live in the Realm of the Gods, as Hercules does not want to live without her.  
After the defeat of the Titans on Olympus, Hercules decides to stay in the human realm because of his love for Megara, claiming a life without her would be empty.  


After Xehanort's defeat, as Hercules repairs the town, Megara surprises him with his rebuilt statue.
