Pain (left) and Panic (right).

Pain and Panic are two demons who serve Hades in Walt Disney's Hercules. Pain is the fat purple demon and Panic is the green and skinny latter.

Description

The two demons are not very intelligent. They both have the ability to shapeshift, but they always remain the same colour as their original forms and Pain remains fat, and Panic remains thin.

Pain

Pain is the cunning one of the duo and is very sly. Unfortunately for him, he is very clumsy and liable to hurt himself. He always ends up in painful situations.

Panic

Panic is twitchy and nervous, and constantly worries about the simplist of situations. He is also very paranoid.

Relationship with Hades

The duo seem to resent their master, but do anything he says, mostly out of fear. In the movie, they are sent to kill the baby Hercules. They fail, and worry about what ever punishment their cruel master will bestow upon them. When Hades is punched into the river Styx, they hope that he will never return.

Kingdom Hearts II

In Kingdom Hearts II, Pain and Panic serve simply as the lackeys of Hades who work at the Underdrome. Sora needs to speak to Panic if he wishes to enter a tournament. They do not serve as important characters, and they never utter a word in a sound cutscene.
