The Four sight units are key, because they bring your critical hit ratio up to about a 48% chance. One critical hit on the dustflier is about one of his health bars. Be sure to have your elixirs and limit restores on your quick menu, because limit breaks are how you're going to land big hits on its health bar. It helps to have auto-life equipped too.
