Finishing Blast is an Action ability that is only for Sora while in Lion Form in Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix. It is already equipped when you first change into Lion Form. Similar to one of Simba's attack skills, pressing 
at the end of a combo unleashes a roar dealing damage to surrounding foes with a good radius. It has no AP because while in Lion Form, you cannot change your abilities.
