I think Subject X may possibly be Skuld from KHUX. it's pretty obvious if you think about it. she also knows the words "May Your Heart Be Your Guiding Key".

While I also believe that there is a strong suggestion of this being Skuld, it is best not to speculate. So many people were sure that Nameless Star was Strelitzia, but it turned out to be the girl Yozura, "Magia", and "Aegis" were trying to save from Gigas in the Verum Rex trailer.
