Game Clear Data KHRECOM.png I couldn't come up with a more confusing title, so this one must do.

In the past The Keyhole and we had some problems with "image theft", because we there were really no rules how we deal with the media uploaded on the other wiki. Today Dark-EnigmaXIII, Soxra and I worked out an agreement that works for both wikis:

  • All official material that is released by SquareEnix (renders, artworks) in any form (homepages, press material like magazine scans, guides, artbooks) can be shared between the wikis, even if it's cropped, brightend, streched or somehow otherwise edited by the users of this wiki or the other. It's always nice to give credit, so if you take an image from the other wiki or from a website or blog for example, mention the original uploader/source in the summary.
  • All images that are directly made by the users of the different wikis (screenshots, gif animations, movies, extracted textures, custom model stances) are not to be uploaded without the permission of the respective creator and will be deleted or reverted otherwise.

Aside from this new guideline we still have more here and plagiarism from The Keyhole is still inadequate. I know that I made this agreement on my own, so if there are different opinions on this matter we can discuss it here or at the Roundtable.
