Saïx cruelly taunts Sora and attempts to goad him into destroying more Heartless, but help arrives from the most unlikely of places: Maleficent. Seeing the Organization as a common enemy, she comes to their aid and buys them time to escape. Shortly before leaving, Sora finds himself in the Realm of Darkness, where a hooded man gifts him with a white box. Inside the box: a photograph and a bar of sea-salt ice cream.
