Editing Forum:Visual Updates

Welp, similar to what's been proposed in the past, I'm here proposing more or less a bunch of visual updates to elements on the wiki to (hopefully) make them stand out and be of better use to us. So, here we go.

==Maintenance and Notice Templates==
Updates to the article maintenance and admin notice templates, see [[User:KeybladeSpyMaster/Gadget_Lab#New_Maintenance_Templates|here]]. Basically, replace the 358/2 Days sprites with full renders, update some of the quotes to include more characters from the series, and make them all with background colors to make them pop. The only one without a render is the Delete template, which I think is fine with the Heartless symbol; I think that one gets the point across perfectly.
