"Dark Domination" is a combination of "Replicas" and "Critical Crossroad" with a few original segments. It features elements of "Destati" and "Rage Awakened", carried over from the two base tracks.

"Dark Domination" was altered between the in-game version and the original soundtrack album in a similar manner to "Critical Crossroad". The album version changes the balance of the song, most notably bringing out the main violin and reducing the bass choir. The structure of the track was also changed: the in-game version features a piano bridge 4:51 before looping, skipping the introduction in the loop. The album version replaces the bridge with a repeat of the "Rage Awakened" section that preceded it, after which it returns to the introduction, resolving the "Destati"-based intro to a unique ending chord.
